Beyond a beautiful nature setting, our venue also specializes in the following atmospheres: Medieval, Renaissance, Viking, Fantasy, Enchanted Forest and Rustic. There is a medieval bar room and main hall, a jousting arena, a castle façade, a lakeside terrace and a medieval boat on our large beautiful lake, to name a few of our lovely themed areas. We even have an outdoor archery and axe throwing range usable upon request.

You are not given a meager seven hours; how could you do all that you’d want in such a short amount of time? We won’t be cramming other weddings right before and after yours; instead you’ll get several days to breath and fully enjoy the moments that you deserve! During your time here, any friends and family that you wish may stay the night!  Enjoy fun-filled quality time with loved ones.

Fresh and Open Air

Our facilities are primarily outdoor in the fresh and open air. Our Banquet Hall can have its doors and windows open to achieve over seventy-five percent open air-ways for superior air circulation. Our venue always has a full stock of sanitizing supplies and equipment on hand.  

 

What we provide

We are the wedding venue only. We do not provide food, DJ services, photography etc. 

We can provide recommendations on request but allow any outside vendors you wish. We are a mostly DIY venue but also assist in some set up and day of coordination. 

 

Our Feel and Vibe

We are a large, beautiful campground with both indoor and outdoor spaces to be used. We have done many themed weddings as well as more traditional outdoor, wooded, enchanted and rustic themes. We specialize in helping you facilitate a “fun” wedding, and we give you multiple days to help you feel more relaxed. Couples spend a lot of money on their weddings, so we want you to get the most you can out of the event and create lasting memories!

The WEEKDAY Wedding Package
The Weekday Package is for three weekdays, either Monday to Wed OR Tuesday to Thursday. Weekday packages may never spill over into Fridays as Fridays are reserved for the weekend wedding packages. Weekday prices are 50% off the price of the Weekend Packages according to month. Weekday Packages are not available for the Summer from Mid-June to Mid-August.

$2500 - $6000 (50% OFF weekend Pricing)
Exclusive access to the Main House and chosen areas of the venue for three weekdays excluding Friday. Any number of your guests may stay overnight during the duration of the rental. includes every resource we have at our disposal and the site owners assistance with set up, break down and acting as a Maitre'd for the event.

 

Weekday weddings are becoming much more frequent and normal. We book over a dozen weekday weddings each year and these weddings are exactly the same in quality and attendance as the weekend weddings that we see. A notice of six months is usually more than sufficient time in advance for friends and family to ask for the day off from work.

• Weekday packages cost 50% less, which saves you between 3k to 6k!  

• Weekday packages tend to have more availability options than weekend packages. 

• Weekday packages are either Monday to Wed or Tues to Thurs. 

• You get the exact same quality from us as weekend weddings 

 


The WEEKEND Wedding Package
The weekend package is all inclusive and encompasses Friday to Sunday, exact check in and check out times subject to negotiation between the venue and the renters. It includes every resource we have at our disposal and the site owners assistance with set up, break down and acting as a Maitre'd for the event. Weekend prices range between $6,000-$12,000 depending on the month.

March – $6,000/$4,000*

April – $9,000
May – $10,000
June – $9,000
July – $8,000
August – $8,000
September – N/A (No availability in the month of September)
October – $12,000
November – $10,000
December – $5,000/4,000*

* "Magical Winter Wedding Special" for 50 guests or under.
 

Magical Winter Wedding Special

We have a special deal for smaller winter weddings (Dec to March) that come in at fifty guests or under. The venue fee for this special is $4000.00 for Winter Weekends and $3000.00 for Winter Weekdays. For this special we also offer the add-on option of having us provide a medieval banquet with mead for your guests for an additional $3000.00. The entire wedding, ceremony and reception takes place in our highly atmospheric tavern. 

Price Adjustments: 
No taxes added to any of our fees. 
Wedding insurance: $100-150. Required
Staff to buss tables or perform trash removal: $200 per person. Optional  
Additional staff assistance: $200 per person. Optional 
Archery and or Axe Throwing: $200 per activity for instructor. Optional   
Pay in Full Discount - $500 reduction in price for Weekend Package, $250 reduction for Weekday package (not available for Dec through March)

 

 

Price Increase Protection 

Periodically we may increase our prices due to inflation, venue improvements or demand. We will always honor the prices listed when a couple first reaches out to us. All that is required is some record of contact prior to any price increase.

- Spaces for bridal parties to get ready
